WHAT TO EXPECT

It's important to me that clients have peace of mind about the project and know what the process will entail.

Let's talk on the phone to discuss your renovation needs and see if I can help. Texting or emailing photos may help prior to an in-person visit, but not required.

We'll set a date and time that works best for your schedule to look at your project in person. I'll arrive on site to check out the scope of work and discuss any further questions, concerns, pricing, etc. With the information I get that day, I'll work up an estimate for your review.

Cleanliness is important. While there is inherent mess depending on the project, I will clean up the site and make sure to honor your home to the best of my ability.

We accept cash and check. Payment is due at project completion unless previously discussed.
